I just decided to cut the shrinkwrap open on my "Empty Avenues" 10" and I saw the DL card inside. Even though I have the CD, I thought I might as well get the Ghost Box DL tracks, but the URL was dead. After all, it's been four years. So I went to the Ghost Box website to see if I could maybe find the DL tracks there and the home page had the new Belbury Circle album featuring John Foxx as large as life! Why was I hearing about that by chance? My wife and I buy a lot of Foxx releases and any sales news should be in the in-box.

I received my copy yesterday.

John adds vocals and synths to the upbeat Forgotten Town and vocals only to the slower Trees. The other seven tracks are pleasant electronic instrumentals. Some tracks like Heading Home grabbed me immediately but some may take a few listens. Definitely worth checking out.
