I have just gladly come into possession of a copy of the new Human League set Dare / Fascination!.

Yet to play it, but like with the aforementioned Simple Minds x5 set, this has been very well put together by Virgin, featuring Dare and Fascination! in card slip cases, a new booklet, and mini imitation card sleeves for all of the single sleeves, which pleased me no end!

Nice one Alex

You certainly can't fault Dare, and it's duly enhanced here with the previously import-only Fascination! plus some extras on CD/digital for the first time.
I was just a tad disappointed with the DTWM 'alternative version' and Total Panic always was a kind of non-starter.
Good to see/hear (KF)F Improvisation restored to original length.

Now then .. .Hysteria Deluxe version?

Let's not forget that Peter Gabriel's 1986 masterwork, So is getting the re-issue treatment for it's 25th (and a half) anniversary this September.

The track listings are yet to be announced, but it seems likely to include a restored edit of Gabriel's classic POV concert from 1987 (directed by Martin Scorsese) on DVD for the first time, as well as various b-sides and demos etc.

What we do know is that So will be released on September 17th (UK and Europe) and 18th Sept (USA) across 3 formats - CD, 3-CD set and super deluxe box set.

I'm very much looking forward to this smile

right! (not 1978 though! otherwise it would be a 34th anniversary)

...Mike Oldfield continues with his deluxe re-issue series with 1979's Platinum and 1980's QE2 re-released next month, both enhanced with second disc of live tracks from the respective tours.
Also available in coloured vinyl - don't all shout at once.

I've always been a fan of QE2, so it will be nice to hear a remastered version. Likewise with Platinum, being one of Oldfield's most diverse albums. Can't say I'm overawed by the choice of bonuses on each though. I guess we were spoiled last year with all the unreleased content on Incantations.
