The Visitors is my favourite ABBA album. Mastering will be interesting as it was the first ever album recorded digitally (I think) and the first released on CD (again, I think - feel free anyone to correct me on this).

I know you're a fan of DATA and playing 'Elegant Machinery' the other day, it came to me that if Abba had released another album and carried on going in the direction that The Visitors pointed to, and clubbed it up a bit, then it would have sounded rather like 'Elegant Machinery'

In fact, with songs such as 'The Visitors', 'Under Attack', 'Head Over Heels', and 'I Am The City', Abba should get a mention in the Forgotten Synth Bands thread.

Gor blimey! .. or the Scottish equivalent thereof .. the SM thing is brill, and yes, a snip.

Good to see some 2012 remastering of the Fascination! mini-Lp and also Non-Stop (together with OYO) perhaps remastered for the firsttime (Although sadly the 7" versions till escapes us). Also interested in Don't You Want Me (Alternative Version)
We also hope (Keep Feeling) Fascination (Improvisation) is the full length one, not the edited version released on the Rarities disc some time ago.

Apparently Martin Rushent was working on a remix before his untimely death, but this isn't it.
