I hope this track hasn't disappeared forever. Luckily I managed to hear it last night.

I heard from Karborn this morning--apparently the track was put up prematurely. He did mention that it will be on a forthcoming DVD, with a better explanation of the piece, its context, etc.

I don't, however, have any other info as of yet about the DVD itself, and when it might be coming out. If I hear anything else about it, I'll keep you posted.

Ah, so its still a work in progress,
um, at the risk of having the 'Foxx Massive' come knocking on my door to Crush And Burn my family jewels, can I just whisper that I wasn't keen on the visuals... smile

I didn't get more than a glimpse of the video, so I can't comment on the visuals, but my impression is that they weren't finished, so they should be much improved once complete.

Generally speaking I like Karborn's visuals, though if I had one complaint (and I've told him this), it's that he tends to over-repeat particular clips, especially when working with film clips. In particular, I'm thinking of the John Foxx Cargo gig back in October 2008. The visuals were great, except this one part where he re-played the clip of this woman dressed as an angel over and over and over and over...to the point that I was ready to put out my own eyeballs if I had to see that image again. A few repetitions are fine, but then it gets very tedious. I love his work with animation, though.
