I've uploaded another track from Junk Receiver (Broadcasts From Bug Powder Radio) for your darkest listening pleasure. This is Logan 5's favourite piece & It's called:

My Shadow In Vein Dead Finger Voice

here's the link: http://www.soundclick.com/pro/view/01/default.cfm?bandID=176513&content=music

Comments will be very much appreciated

Thats a great track Mark. It reminds me slightly of The Human Leagues - 'Dignity Of Labour PT 3'. Nice dark atmosphere and almost ambient rhythm.

Newvox, thank you for taking the time to listen. I'm pleased you noticed The Dignity Of Labour influence. I don't consciously replicate any of my musical heroes sounds, I just get a sound that I like & go from there. It's only when listening back to my tracks that I can hear the influences of Human League, Holger Czukay, Tod Dockstader, OMD (Dazzle Ships) John Foxx & most important of all - Gary Numan, who's dark brooding powerful noises & rhythms & Jagged's overall sound, helped me shape the Junk Receiver album into what it has become.

Thanks very much, Maryann. I've put a quote below from a guy who posted a reply on the Bill Nelson DREAMSVILLE site. It might echo your thoughts when you were listening to MSIVDFV.

Very dark.Would suit a film like Silent Hill or Resident Evil. You know the type.Conjurs up a lonely subway at night with a broken flickering light in the distance with something horrible waiting around the corner.Loved it.Will be playing this a few times.

Play it at Halloween eek

Hi Mark!

What an amazingly unusual track. Love it. Dark, and atmospheric, with some great sounds thrown in!

Tremendous!

Best wishes

Thanks Sarah.

All the synth sounds are from my first analogue child, a Roland Juno 6 (1982).

I'm really impressed by yours & Tessa's dvd, as you know. Excellent music & inspirational visuals.

I had good dreams last night after watching it.

Oh, thanks Mark. I passed on your comments to Tessa, and she wants me to thank you for being so encouraging.

I think it's really great how we all share and review each other's work on here.

Spectral Response have had exceptional support from Metamatic members and are extremely grateful!

Best wishes
