It seems the same people like both Blade Runner and John Foxx. I'm one of them. The best movie ever, if you ask me.

Agreed. I love everything about that movie, especially the visuals. Every time I go up to Times Square in the rain and at night I always think of that movie. The lights, neon, billboards, crowds, don't walk signs flashing everywhere. All we need is the OFFWORLD ads...........

Thats quite an interesting little synth/vocoder,I've seen quite a few bands with those.

Great synths!

My little Korg will be with me in the morning. Should have been here today, the story of which is dull, boring and winds me up. Let's just say, some company's customer service is extremely poor.
mad

I'll let you know what I think of it! laugh

I bet it will be nice, its even got proper nobs to twiddle. laugh

Will we be hearing some Vocodered Sarah soon then?

Hi Sarah,

Same birthday? Really!? Blimey! Let us know how you get on with your MicroKorg - I'm very jealous; always wanted one!

Sadly not going to the ICA - but I'll be at Cargo and have my t-shirt on standby for November too! laugh

Maybe a little OT but speaking of synths and Marsheaux and technical stuff, you musos might be interested in the Marsheaux competition:

yeah ... i've already read about it in marsheaux' own bulletins via myspace a few days ago , but i think that it was not a good idea to chose new order's "regret" as the remix candidate , because the original is ace & marsheaux' cover version is actually one of the best cover versions ever , so all u can do is jus' ruin such a timeless classic with whatever u do while u remix it - imho ! :-o
