I can see why Billy MacKenzie, Marc Almond, and Morrissey are listed here too.
They never really sung on my type of music, but theres no denying their value as great singers.

No denying Diamond is great.

It is just that when I heard Journeys to Glory when it came out I was like WOW, this is great. Then they changed "styles" so to speak and we were all a bit disappointed that they did not continue as they started.

Their style did change most between the first and second albums, but thats just part of any groups 'natural progression' etc. I like all their albums really but 'Gold' is a great collection in its own right. They were never what i would call an 'album band' though.
